Staycation at Hotel H20

I haven't had a decent vacation since my Thailand trip so I decided to have one here in Manila. So we booked a room at Hotel H20 just to spend the night to unwind and relax. I actually felt that I had a vacation, our room was The Classic Aqua Room wherein you have this huge aquarium on one side of the room with marine life. It relaxed me somehow, made me calm and worry free. (I've forgotten how that felt like recently.) Although I really want to hang out near an actual ocean shore but for now Roxas boulevard's Manila bay will do. Check out our room, the price is a bit steep though (Php 7,300 for 1 night) but sometimes I like to waste my money like that. lol I'm kidding! There are all sorts of themed rooms such as park view, bay view etc. You can find more info by visiting https://www.hotelh2o.com/main/accommodations/rooms.

One side of the room is a fish tank, that goes all the way across diff rooms, so this means you wouldn't know what kind of fish will pass through. There's a remote too in case you want to cover the aquarium and don't like seeing the fish. My suggestion is to book the Bay view room if you're just going to shut it.

All sorts of marine life!

Includes buffet breakfast at Makan Makan - Asian Food Village
Typical buffet breakfast from 5 star hotels.
The lobby, staff are polite and attentive to your needs.
Club H20, this goes all the way to the lounge. There's a good view of Manila bay plus a projector with movies so you can just chill out.
Very relaxing ambiance
This goes through the fitness center as well as Zenyu spa if you want a massage. Service catalog found in this link https://www.hotelh2o.com/main/zenyuecospa/services
There's a bar on the second floor, foreigner's turf. Nothing like a cocktail drink with the ocean in front of you.

Part of the lounge
Whitemoon bar located below the lounge, if you care for a drink this is the place! There's another bar near the pool but this has better view.

The corridor. Right side aqua rooms, left bay view room I think or park view.

Typical of me to get a selfie
My last vacation was in Thailand last year, I haven't gone places after that as I'm saving money for my Sept trip in Singapore and also in US. So looking forward to visiting both! But my friends and I will also be going to Oslob, Cebu this June to swim with whale sharks wee! I'll tell all about it here off course and I hope to swim with a really big one, as huge as a building or  like the mother of all! lol. No seriously I really want to be beside a giant whale! I find them fascinating, just hope typhoon season will start on July.
