New Year's Eve. We celebrate it always on Sta. Maria Bulacan, and with relatives from my father's side of the family. I am actually impressed with my dad's brothers and sisters as they are always helping each other out and really stick with each other. Most of them are also, let's just say got the "good life" but they've always kept their feet on the ground. Some of my mom's brothers and sisters can learn a thing or two about being family because they're not as tight as my dad's. I'm proud to say that most of what I am, I got from my father who is really a kind, generous man and family oriented. :)

After all the the eating and fireworks last night, there's more eating when you wake up! This time with Emerson's (my cousin) family and the Sesbreno family (or should I say clan! I think more than 20 people came! :P) visited for lunch. They are my mom's very good friends. :) I think they've been friends since her childhood.

I even have nieces/ nephews who are older than me! But I don't really know them and they have their own new year. Those who reside at Ayala Alabang. The super rich kinds. |

I can sense already that 2012 is the beginning of my continuous good fortune, Happy New Year Everyone! Our time allotted is not limitless so let us enjoy each fleeting moment and make it count! Life is too short to worry about the future because opportunities lie ahead to those who take on challenges. Stumble but don't fall. Cheers to a great year and more to come! Good vibes for everyone! And also, despite all your accomplishments, keep your feet firm on the ground always. :)
